EU Enlargement: Public Opinion Across the Union

This report examines how people across the European Union view Moldova’s path to EU membership and future enlargement more broadly. Using an approach modelled on the European Commission’s Special Eurobarometer style, the study explores overall favourability toward enlargement, perceived national and personal benefits, key concerns (from migration and costs to decision-making), and which policy areas Europeans believe would gain most from future accessions.
